Part 1: Creating the Organization – The first step is to launch the organization. 

 

Wearing the White Hat is about doing the right thing and knowing why it is the right thing at any give point in time. 

Vision and mission statements use few words to represent deep topics and big pictures. White Hat learning experiences are focused on what drives the organizational mission and vision statements?

Part 2: Program  Development – Based on the defining elements, the organization is segmented into programs. In White Hat language, nomenclature ...

Program Development is about launching, managing, leading, crafting, crating, constructing the things that make an organization function and succeed. 

White Hat Program Types - Departments, initiatives, events, interactions, divisions, proceedings, efforts, tasks, jobs, contracts, collaborations, partnerships, engagements, and procedures.

Part 3: People Engagement – Once program(s) are defined, you can determine how you need to engage people to make the program(s) run.

 

White Hat People - Staff, volunteers, consultants, partnerships, collaborations, subject matter experts (SME)

Part 4: Resource Development – After the program is defined, and the needed people identified, you will know what resources need to be leveraged.
